I’d inherited grandmother clock. It’d never been cleaned in memory of man, been moved in the back of a mini… And dropped!! This wonderful duo came to Astley, collected it, cleaned it, fixed it and Charlotte set it all up back in my hall. Working perfectly… And I got lovely message checking all OK with clock. FAAAAABULOUS customer service. Very pleased customer!!!!

I’m so glad I found Keep Time Watch Repairs and cannot recommend Paul highly enough. First Class service start to finish!! After being told many times my dads 50 year old watch was irreparable Paul has managed to fix it in time for a 70th birthday surprise and at a price I could afford. So made up!!

3 plus years and many drops later I got a new crown and a polish! Great job and no need to buy a new one as it looks new again! Great service and quick all within 24 hours! Will always go back (if needed).

Took my Rolex watch into Liverpool branch where they serviced and valet it took 2 weeks and was so much cheaper then anywhere else i had been quoted thanks to Ste who kept me up to date through out the process and even sent me pictures of the work before after and in the middle.

Bargain!

Usually take my watch to the jewellers for a battery and it costs an arm and a leg to have them send it off for weeks to get it sealed up. This place did it for a fraction of the price and did it within an hour. Really impressed, thanks.

Clock restoration

I brought my mantle Clock in for repair a few weeks back. It hadn’t been working for a long time but Mike assured me they could repair and restore it back to all its glory. Well they did just that it’s working perfectly chiming away assuredly has been repaired polished so looks fantastic. Only bad point is it took 4 weeks instead of 2 as promised but this was due to part being ordered in so not entirely there fault for the delay.

Took My Tag Heuer for Battery and reseal was done same day fully resealed and pressure tested for half the price i have paid at Goldsmiths in Liverpool they even gave me a free ultra sonic clean on my bracelet as it was rather dirty fully recommend

Cant recommend highly enough brought my Rolex to store which hadn’t been serviced for many years. Had other quotes from else where which where crazy money.
